For bank transfer payments,

• after completing the payment, customers are required to confirm the payment through the website system or notify us via LINE at @step2thailand to confirm the transaction.

For credit/debit card payments,

• once the payment is completed, the system will automatically confirm your order. No payment notification is required.

Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery area.

• As these are children’s toys, every item undergoes a product quality control (QC) inspection before packing and shipment. This process may result in an additional 1 business day for delivery preparation.
