Product Return Policy

Important Evidence:

  • Video Recording: Please record a video when you receive the product and unbox it. This video will serve as evidence for product returns or warranty claims.

Warranty Period:

  • Step2Thailand products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of successful order placement.

Return Conditions:

  • Within 48 hours from the date of receipt:
    In the event that the product is found to be defective, damaged, incomplete, or has missing parts caused by transportation or the installation process by our team, the customer shall be entitled to request a product replacement or replacement parts at no additional cost.

  • In-Warranty Parts Replacement: During the warranty period, repair and replacement of parts shall be provided without charge, provided that the damage is not the result of abnormal usage or misuse of the product. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in sending the product for service.

  • Out-of-Warranty Parts Replacement: Customers may still request repair or replacement of parts; however, service fees and the cost of spare parts shall be charged accordingly.

Return or Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact Staff: Inform Step2Thailand staff about the issue and your request.

  2. Prepare Evidence: Attach proof of purchase and unboxing video (if available).

  3. Follow Instructions: Follow the instructions provided by the staff to proceed with the product return or warranty claim.
